probleme avec l'axe Z de mon imprimante ordbot hadon

bonjour,
j'ai fabriqué un seconde impriamante 3D type Hadron (en alu)
la map c'est bien passé , mais au moment de faire le "Zero sur l'axe Z
les 2 moteur se bloque et vibre lors du passage en grande vitesse pour aller cherche de switch pour la POM
du Z , le Z marche bien en manu ainsi que le X et le Y ;
j'ai change le pololu du Z , les connecteur et les moteurs , le problème persiste mème à vide !
avez -vous deja ce probleme , merci d'avance je suis sec !

Bonjour et bienvenue sur le forum ray_monde
Un moteur qui n'arrive pas à suivre le rythme (vitesse) se bloque et vibre au lieu de tourner.
Comme vous l'avez constaté c'est à haute vitesse qu'il ne fonctionne pas bien.
Dans la mesure ou c'est les deux moteurs, on ne suspecte pas les moteurs ni les fils.
Par contre un moteur qui n'arrive pas à suivre le rythme peut avoir deux origines, la puissance réglée sur le Pololu, une accélération trop rapide ou simplement un vitesse trop haute par rapport à la charge.
A noter aussi qu'une surchauffe du Pololu peut donner aussi ce résultat par sa mise en protection.
Vérifiez le réglage de courant sur le Pololu et assurez-vous que la vitesse (maxspeed) dans le firmware n'est pas trop rapide et en particulier si vous utilisez une vis de 5mm avec un pas de 0,8mm ou une vis trapèze avec un pas de 2mm
Dans l'exemple ci-dessous la configuration est pour une vis de 5mm

j'utilise une vis de M8 au pas de 1 mm par tour .... que valeurs seraient ideals ?

suite j'ai le problème de vibration même quand les moteurs sont à vide (sans vis connectée) ...

Réglez le courant du Pololu avec le potentiomètre et ralentissez la vitesse max du Z
Comparez vos valeurs avec les valeurs de l'exemple ci-dessus, ca doit être proche.
Regardez si vous avez tous les jumpers sous le Pololu Z, sans eux votre moteur risque de tourner jusqu'à 16 fois plus vite que ce qui est demandé.

j'ai vérifié la tension du pololu du Z elle est à 1.2 Volts,
de plus il y a 3 jumpers sous celui-ci .

par-contre je ne retrouve pas les lignes de commande dans mon fichier Configuration.h est-ce le bon ? à modifier le l’accélération du Z en rapide ?

pourriez-vous m'indiquer les valeurs à modifier ou les lignes à ajouter pour limiter l’accélération du Z?

Jacques, pour compléter les informations données par Raymond, il s'agit de MON firmware Marlin 1.4.2 qui tourne sur mon Hephestos.
Nous avons les mêmes vis trapézoïdales au pas de 1mm, sur l'axe Z.
Il a monté également un plateau chauffant
Bref, nous avons quasiment la même config.
C'est pour cela que je lui ai envoyé mon firmware

30mm/s me paraît énorme, ca correspond à 3 cm par seconde. Pour info la Witbox avec sa vis de 2mm à une vitesse max de 7,2mm/s et 3,3 pour l'Hephestos avec sa vis de 0,8.

Quoi qu'il en soit, il faut comprendre que si le moteur ne peut réagir pour effectuer totalement un seul pas dans le temps imparti, il se mettra à vibrer ou à tourner dans la mauvais sens, bref, il fera n'importe quoi. Compte tenu du facteur accélération, il ne repartira qu'après un arrêt et dans le cas du homing, jamais s'il ne touche pas le switch.

On doit donc contrôler parfaitement la vitesse maxi et l'accélération. Il faut aussi tenir compte des moteurs, un Nema 17 à des caractéristiques qui lui sont propres et ne correspondent pas forcément à d'autres moteurs (le prix y est pour beaucoup).
Le plus simple est de baisser toute les accélérations et vitesse max afin d'en déterminer les limites.
C'est d'autant plus facile que le Z n'a pas beaucoup d'importance.

A noter :
Si votre vitesse est trop importante, il est possible que le moteur tourne parfaitement mais avec une vitesse moins importante que demandé par division de deux.
je veux dire pas là qu'un moteur pas à pas est un peu vicieux, on doit contrôler ses limites mais aussi mesure que ce qui apparait est bien le reflet de ce que vous demandez.
Dans le cas du homing, le moteur part en vitesse max jusqu'à toucher le switch. Ensuite il remonte à vitesse lente pour se stabiliser au 0. Si l'on suppose qu'il n'ira plus jamais à cette vitesse dans l'usage courant, il est probable qu'un réglage mauvais à haute vitesse, n'aura après plus aucune incidence dans le fonctionnement en mode lent.

avec Paraglandeur on a réduit la valeur de 400 à 150 et çà marche !!!

Le Max feed rate devrait être le même que le homing. (attention ne pas confondre mm/secondes et mm/minutes)
Autrement le g-code pourrait demander une descente ou une montée à une vitesse supérieure à ce que peuvent faire les moteurs.

Je ne peux donner une configuration sécurisante sans faire de tests.
Il faut donc assembler tout, créer une résistance supplémentaire (poids sur l'axe Z), monter la vitesse en montée avec la fonction "jog" ou avec Cura jusqu'au "décrochage" et ensuite la baisser de 10 ou 20%

si je comprends bien la valeur de :

Homing à 150mm/s est égal à 150/60 soit 2,5 mm/s
Si le max feed rate est à 3,3mm/s il acceptera un homing à 2,5 mm/s
Ce qui reste à savoir c'est si 3,3 mm/s est acceptable, il suffit alors de mettre un homing à 198, de faire le test et à ce moment on peut considérer que c'est la limite et peut être aussi de s'en servir pour les deux valeurs homing et max. Attention toutefois, la descente est plus facile que la montée, c'est pour cette raison que tester la montée avec le rotacteur est plus précis pour déterminer les limites des moteurs.

Par contre si la configuration initiale vient de Paraglandeur, il faudrait qu'il retouche lui aussi ses valeurs pour éviter dans certains cas les problèmes.

Je suis un novice , mais pourrais-tu me expliquer ou traduire ce que
définissent les deux variables : HOMING_FEEDRATE et MAX_FEEDRATE ?
et à quoi elles correspondent sur la commande du moteur pas à pas Nema 17.

en espérant ne pas être trop embêtant , mais j'aime bien avoir compris ce que je fais
